this place was so cozy n warm. the breakfast was delish, especially sittin down with that beautiful view. darren n stella were super friendly, made everyone feel like family. loved the unique names of the rooms, really added a special touch. the vibe was totally chill, perfect for a break from the stress.
kinda hard to find, especially since it’s on a main road. the check-in felt a bit off, but not a huge deal overall.

I had a lovely stay here with a comfortable bed and friendly hosts. pleasant stay with minor adjustments needed
The property is well maintained with a clean room that met my needs perfectly for the night. I particularly enjoyed my dinner in the beautiful garden area, which added a serene touch to my evening.
While I had to leave too early for breakfast, it would have been nice to have some options available for early risers.

It was just an appropriate option for a flash visit in Hastings with good value for the price. The coffee in the morning could use more attention, but there were plenty of fresh crumpets available. Be aware that the place feels more like an Airbnb, so don’t expect traditional hotel amenities.

Comfortable stay with great hosts!
We had a lovely time staying here! The place was super clean, and the decor was really nice. Darren and Stella were awesome, helping us out when our car had issues, major bonus points! The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed breakfast outside on the picnic tables. Just wish the shower had stronger pressure.
